Buderim Group Limited (Buderim) is pleased to advise it has completed the acquisition of the Royal Hawaiian Orchards brand from Royal Hawaiian Orchards, LP (OTC: NNUTU) (RHO) announced on 28 February 2018.
Combined, MacFarms LLC and RHO will be responsible for over 65% of macadamia production in the USA. RHO has now become a major shareholder of Buderim and long term agreements will ensure supply security and provenance, including the possibility of establishing joint processing facilities in Hawaii.
