- The company will sell the assets to Queensland’s Himstedt family, for approximately $13 million in total consideration
- Buderim Group is selling its ginger and tourism division in order to focus on its macadamia business and other opportunities
- The two parties expect the transaction to complete on or around September 30, 2020
- Buderim Group shares are trading flat today, priced at 23 cents each
